We welcome applicants and nominees who are curious, courageous, and ready to embrace deep learning and personal transformation. To be considered for the Fellows Program, applicants and nominees should have demonstrated leadership ability evidenced by achievement in their organizations, whether public, non-profit, or private, and have spheres of influence and constituencies they can bring to the process of building the community.
If you are applying for yourself but know a Senior Fellow, we encourage you to submit an application but also recommend you ask a Senior Fellow to submit a nomination on your behalf.
Core to every ALF class is diversity. Each ALF chapter aims to ensure that every class reflects the diversity of its community. Each Fellow should be willing to challenge their own assumptions and increase their understanding and awareness of others.
